Loyalty Program

At the end of each month, our system calculates the total weight of your shipments by air.
Based on your shipping volume, you will be automatically assigned a tier and you will have access to the benefits for that tier.
If you continue to meet the criteria for your tier, your special rate is extended automatically.

RATES

Shipping Rate Tiers

Standard Tier up to 30 kg/month

This is the base tier, a rate automatically assigned to all customers sending up to 30 kg per calendar month. It remains valid without any time limit.

Example:
If you send 25 kg in one month, you stay at the Standard Tier, and your shipping conditions remain unchanged—no need to update anything.

Shopper Tier 30–70 kg/month

Assigned for one month after shipping between 30 and 70 kg in the previous month.

If your total shipments for the month meet the required weight, the Shopper Tier benefits are extended for another month.

If you fall below 30 kg, your rate will revert to Standard at the initially set expiration date.

Example:
If you ship 45 kg from April 1 to April 30, you qualify for the Shopper Tier starting May 1. If you ship 30 kg or more in May, your tier benefits extend to June 30. If not, it returns to Standard.

Gold Tier 70–110 kg/month

Assigned for two months after shipping between 70 and 110 kg in the previous month.

If you maintain the required shipping volume, the Gold Tier benefits are extended for another two months.

If the volume drops, the rate remains active until its initially set expiration date.

Example:
If you ship 90 kg between May 1 and May 31, you qualify for Gold from June 1 to July 31.
If you send another 80 kg in June, the Gold Tier benefits are extended from July 1 to August 31.

Platinum Tier 110+ kg/month

Assigned for two months after shipping at least 110 kg in the previous month.

If you continue meeting the requirement, the Platinum Tier benefits are extended for another two months.

If not, the rate remains valid until the initial expiration date.

Example:
If you ship 125 kg between May 1 and May 31, you qualify for Platinum from June 1 to July 31.
If you ship 130 kg in June, the Platinum Tier benefits are extended until September 30.

Month 1: 25 kg → Standard Tier → Basic rates

Month 4+: 110+ kg → Platinum Tier → Maximum discounts
